In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to open and maintain a cun999 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting in your personal capacity as a natural person, not as an agent or trustee for any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited under local statute in a manner that explicitly criminalises the individual user's access to offshore platforms.
• You have not previously had an account closed by cun999 for breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order — either initiated by you on cun999 or referred through a recognised problem-gambling support organisation.
• You are not employed by, nor a close family member of an employee of, the Operator or any affiliated games supplier, in a capacity that would create a conflict of interest in wagering activity.

The Operator reserves the right to carry out eligibility verification checks at any point. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance derived from activity conducted under a false identity.

Each individual may hold one account only on cun999. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether in the same name or using different identity information — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All such accounts will be permanently closed, and any funds held across those accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (Indonesian address accepted), email address, and preferred payment method. The Operator does not accept registrations submitted with fictitious, incomplete, or third-party identity information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. The Operator accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials adequately.

KYC Verification: The Operator may at any time, and will at minimum require upon first withdrawal, request that you submit identity verification documents. Accepted documents include: a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification; recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of the request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

cun999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata (local bank transfer); OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet). Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed at the point of deposit.

Deposits: All deposits are subject to a minimum amount as displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. Deposits are credited to your cun999 balance within seconds for all supported local payment channels under normal operating conditions. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking maintenance windows, or network outages outside of the Operator's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise stated. All sports betting markets on cun999 — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile), and other events — are governed by the specific rules for that market as displayed at the time of placing the wager. The Operator applies industry-standard settlement rules including the use of official competition results and, where applicable, video review outcomes.

Void Bets: A bet shall be declared void and the stake returned where the event in question is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours without resumption, or where a clear pricing error has occurred. Termination by the Operator: cun999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at cun999 staff or other players.
• Any use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.

Where an account is closed by the Operator due to fraud or breach of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account pending investigation and to forfeit any bonus-derived funds entirely.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, conducted in the English language.
